Cocktail Bebop’s Mission

Cocktail Bebop is relatively a newcomer on the cocktail scene, but it has a hard punch. Our mission is to collect, test (taste), and serve you the very best cocktails that we can find. We have a staff of cocktail connoisseurs who are hitting every bar and club trying to find you the trendiest drinks. In the world there are literally thousands of different cocktails. So the purpose of this site is to gather and document these great drinks. We know there’s a long road ahead of us but we are adding new drinks frequently.

You guys can follow us on Facebook and twitter, if you want to stay up to date. Also when we are adding a new cocktail to our database you could get an instant ping if you are on our list. Don’t forget to share if you have found a truly great cocktail you can do it with a number of social platforms so don’t be shy.

We have started this project with the sole purpose of making it the number one cocktail site in the world. We want to make it the site which is the go to one if you need something concerning cocktails. Please support us by mentioning us to all your friends and every cocktail enthusiast that you can find. We know that there are so many cocktails out there that it’s hard to keep track of them. This was our main problem how can we categorize them so after agonizing hours spent in the office (more like clubs kicking it with some great cocktails) we have finally made our minds up.

For example in the ingredient based category we have collected all the major alcohol which make our life great. In the subcategories we can find anything from Absinthe Cocktails, through Champagne Cocktails and we haven’t even forget our good old fashioned Whiskey cocktails either. What if it’s winter is around the corner what kind of cocktails are you drinking? Well this is the reason why we made a season based ones. Also if you are hosting a cocktail party during a holiday then it’s great to have a list of cocktails which are popular let’s say around New Year’s Eve, thus the holiday cocktails were born.

Most wanted are the top of the top, this is frequently updated because as the trends change so do the cocktails. Now we know there are people with special tastes so we have created a category in which we house cocktails which are for those who like nonalcoholic or low calorie beverages. And last but not least if you like to get down and dirty then the do it yourself, section is for you, here you can learn the basics of mixing cocktails and also some easy and simple cocktail recipes with what you can amaze your friends and family.

Cocktail Recipes

Cocktail Recipes are the heart and soul of this site. With gather these and publish them with great care. Also we try to sneak some history into these cocktail recipes, for example most alcohols have a great story behind their brand. Did you know the absinthe has been banned for over 80 year? Or Gin was one of the favorite drinks of the soldier in Great Britain’s Colonies? There’s a lot of myth and mystery behind some of the cocktail recipes. But with the help of our staff and bartenders we are trying to shed some light on them.

We have formatted these cocktail recipes so you can read them easily and also to create them just as easily. The cocktail recipes have an ingredients part (this is where you will find the materials which are needed), there’s the instructions part (here you will find how to mix shake and serve the cocktail) and the glass in which is usually the cocktail served.

In the future we are planning to add tutorial video for each and every cocktail recipes. So it makes it even easier to create them. And hopefully turn a few of you amateurs into professional mixologist overnight. And hopefully one day you will be the one who is making the newest hippest and trendiest cocktail recipes.
